Here are some more pics of my progress...
Nice homemade lift, huh? Plywood on 2 sawhorses with added "help" from a rail-mounted block and tackle.
At least I can get it on the lift by myself! Thank you to Ben Drake for the front wheel.
The dual disk setup is coming along as well.
Obviously the rear fender isn't mounted yet. The tail light, air filters, and drag bars are from Mike's XS.
Here are the homemade forward controls- I borrowed the design from Joe Dill's work.
