1. Click on Start
2. Click on Connect To
   If Connect To is missing from menu, then:
   • Click on Start
   • Click on Control Panel
   • Double click on Network Connections or click on Network and Internet Connections and then click on Network Connections
3. Click on Show All Connections
4. Click on Create A New Connection
5. Click on Next
6. Select Connect To The Internet, click on Next
7. Select Set Up My Connection Manually, click on Next
8. Select Connect Using A Dial-up Modem, click on Next
9. Type altelco.net, click on Next
10. Type in 895-9901 (Call our office for another dial-up number if 895-9901 is not local for you, or look at the documentation that was sent to you when you signed up for service) in phone number box, click on Next
11. Type in your username in the username box. The username is all lowercase and does not include @altelco.net. Then type in your password in the password and confirm password boxes. Click on Next
12. Click on Finish
