1. Get into Netscape
2. Get into Netscape Mail (Click on the envelope from the button bar at the bottom of Netscape.)
3. Click on Edit
4. Click on Mail/News Account Settings
5. Click on Server, click on Delete
6. Click on New Account
7. Click on ISP or email provider
8. Name: Your Full Name
   Email Address: username@altelco.net
   Click on Next
9. For Server Name, type mail.altelco.net
10. User Name: username (all lowercase, does not include @altelco.net)
    Click on Next
11. Click on Next
12. Click on Finish
13. Click on Outgoing (SMTP) Server
    Server Name: mail.altelco.net
    Username: username
14. Click on OK
