
To view an e-mail message:
Click on the message you want to view. It should appear in the gray, bottom portion of the window. Use the up and down arrows on the scroll bar to view the message. Click on the Print button if you want to send a message to the printer. To make the gray window bigger, click and hold down on the line between the gray and white windows. Note: Your cursor will look like a double arrow on top of an equals sign. Now, drag the line up to make your window bigger. We recommend that you maximize your e-mail window for best viewing.
Note: When you enter Netscape Mail, the program will check the server for any new messages.
Tip: If you leave Netscape mail and continue to cruise the Internet, the program will check the server for new messages every 10 minutes. If it locates a new message, an exclamation mark (!) will appear next to the envelope icon. To change the default time, go to Options, Mail and News Preferences, and Servers.

To reply to a message that has been sent to you:
Make sure you have selected the message you want to reply to. It should appear in the gray box. Click on the Re:Mail button. Type in your message and click on Send.
To take a message that has been sent to you, and forward/send it to another person:
Make sure you have selected the message you want to forward. It should appear in the gray box. Click on the Forward button. Follow steps 3 through 6 of sending an e-mail message.
To erase a message:
Note: This only moves the message to the trash folder.
