What is the difference between a web page and a home page?
Every page you look at on the World Wide Web is a web page, even a home page. The difference is that a home page is the first/main page you come to on a server/company. For example, if you go to www.altelco.net, then you will go to our home page, which is also a web page. From there you can choose other web pages (Frequently Asked Questions, Waterfall City, etc.).
