When I try to retrieve my e-mail, Netscape Mail asks me for my password. A message pops up saying it does not recognize my password. What should I do?
When this happens it means one of two things: 1) You are typing your password in wrong, or 2) the username in the Incoming Mail Server Username field is incorrect. Remember your username is all lowercase and does not include @altelco.net. Check your email settings.
