Netscape closed on error, but I didn't get disconnected. What is going on?
Every once in a while software seems to crash, Netscape included. If Netscape does close down on you, then just try to enter Netscape again. If this does not work, disconnect from our service, turn your computer off and back on, and try to get into Netscape again. One cause of Netscape crashing might be because you are rushing it. If there are little stars and comets flying across the "N" at the top, right corner of your screen, then the computer is trying to process your command. If the "N" is active and you want to go to a different page, then click on the stop button first. This will tell it to stop processing your command.
