I am missing Dial-Up Networking on Windows 95/98?
You will need your Windows 95 CD Rom or Disks. Follow Windows 95 instructions for setting up Dial-Up Networking. (Dial-Up Networking is part of the communications.) If Dial-Up Networking was installed incorrectly in the first place, then you might have to remove it first.
