I am failing to connect to the Internet or the server is refusing to connect me. I am getting crazy errors like having an error in dial-up networking. What is wrong?
To start, error messages rarely tell you what is actually wrong. You could be typing your username or password in incorrectly. Keep in mind that your username is in all lowercase letters and does not include the @altelco.net. Your password can be made up of both upper and lowercase letters.
